Used to work, now not at all!!

Used to love this app, now it only shows yourself!! After paying for 4 upgrades this is ridiculous. Customer service for this app is the worst! Theres been more than enough time to fix it for all the paying customers!! Poor poor job!! Will tell everyone not to use!! BEWARE!!!
