Beautiful, but doesnt work

It is a very compelling app, but unfortunately it refuses to display waypoints. Moreover it is quite random in locating the current position, between 10 hours ago to 10 minutes.

Installed on iPhone 4 with iOS 7.0.4; we exhausted all setting options.

Support doesnt answer. I hope they fix the app.
