Terrible support

The vendor has no tech support - period.
It does not refresh locations regularly. Even with the refresh setting at once a minute, sometimes it will lag behind 10, 20, or more minutes before refreshing location. We wanted to use it to keep track of our teen driver, but with refresh lags like this its pretty much useless. Dont waste your money on this app.
